I miss my school, classmates, and college life. The department I graduated from just emailed the Picasa link to our end-of-the-year banquet and I have to say, as impractical as my major is, I love it.
I loved my professors and classmates and all the knowledge I obtained has stuck with me. From abstract ways of thinking to hard facts, I remember it all. This is the first time I’ve been passionate about learning and staying within the non-profit realm. I realize that the financial pay-off isn’t there, but it’s very satisfying. I wouldn’t mind moving back to Orange County and spending some time at The Cambodian Family, a place that welcomed me & got me started. Gah, so many changes at the end of this month, I don’t know how I’ll manage!
